Simon trained at PwC in London where his early clients included the likes of Harrods, British Rail and Forte Hotels, and whilst based in the Portuguese office; Reckitt Benckiser and Avis. 

Post PwC Simon has held a number of CFO roles, predominantly within emerging technologies in medical & connectivity, and more recently the fintech sector, where he’s become highly experienced in VC & Private Equity fund raising and M&A.

Simon has joined multiple early stage, high growth, entrepreneurial businesses in the technology sector, successfully funding them all, controlling the growth and managing them through to successful exit for the founders. He’s highly regarded by a number of VC and private equity funders for his no-nonsense, realistic and unflappable approach.

Simon lives in the Cotswolds with his wife, two kids and six dogs. He’s Chairman of a Youth Football club, an avid rugby fan and ex-cyclist! For reasons his peers have never understood, he still harbours the hopes that his beloved Spurs might one day win the Premier League.
