James is a pioneer in customer experience and digital transformation programmes, having spent a large part of his career with IBM developing class-leading solutions for many of Europe's largest companies.
He’s worked with many of the major technology suppliers such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and Oracle and was the driving force for many ‘repeatable’ solutions that continue to lead in their market.
He continued to pursue his passion for innovation at DXC, where, in working with a number of Europe’s largest Automotive manufactures he built standardised tool sets to maximise customer experience, increase retention and leverage automation to lower unit costs of transacting. Central to his approach is a deep understanding of customer journeys and expectations, the importance of providing actionable insights and the desire to continually challenge convention.
James lives in Oxfordshire, with wife Lindsay and their trusty walking companion, Bertie the black lab. After raising 3 wonderful daughters together, James and Lindsay and are increasingly able to indulge their love of travel…..but only when James isn’t playing golf, playing right back in the local five-a-side or schussing down the ski slopes.
